Session Voting

During the morning general assembly, which begins at 9 AM, each session leader will deliver a 60-second pitch of their session.  Here’s how session voting will work:

  • Each session has a number.
  • After the pitches, each attendee will vote for 5 sessions by writing 5 numbers on an index card (sessions and corresponding numbers will be projected on the big screen).
  • During the keynote, the day’s session schedule will be set by the planning committee.
  • After the keynote, the schedule will be available for everyone to review and select the sessions they would like to attend.
