Manage Your Registration
You may need to update your event registration, especially if you’re interested in speaking or volunteering. Eventbrite makes it easy.
Note: You may only modify tickets on Eventbrite. If you need to cancel on or before the full refund date (March 23), please email us at ProductCampBoston [at] Gmail [dot] com.
Here’s what to do (please follow the steps below or watch a video on how to do it):
Step #1: Log Into Your Account:
- If you’ve created an account: Log into your Eventbrite Attendee account by going to eventbrite.com/login and entering your email address and password and clicking Log in.
- If you have not created an account already: Click Forgot Password? above the Email box. On the next screen, input your email address and click Reset password. An email with a link to reset your password, along with instructions, will be sent to the email address that you entered.)
All of the events you’ve registered for with this email should now show up in your tickets (see below).
Step #2: Click the My Tickets tab at the top of the page:
Step #3: Click the Manage Order tab under ProductCamp Boston:

Step #4: Update your information and click “Update” to save.
Scroll down to the fields you need to edit, make changes and remember to click the green “Update” button when you’re done. Your information has been udapted.

Step #5: Print your ticket
Press the Print Tickets button to view the updated ticket.
