2015 Sessions Process

Once again, we will be requesting session submissions in advance, followed by a voting period.  We will finalize sessions and announce about one week prior to ProductCamp.

Lead a Session at ProductCamp Boston!

Did you know that leading a session is fun and invigorating?  It’s a great way to get the most out of ProductCamp. And it’s the best way to network and learn with your peers.

You don’t have to be an expert to lead a session. Share an observation or something new that you’ve learned. Facilitate a panel. Lead a brainstorming session on a tough problem you’d like to solve. Share your insights, questions and/or ideas.  Learn more on the Call for Sessions FAQ

Step 1: Propose Your Session (Closed April 15 at 5 pm)

Propose sessions here

You will need to provide:

  • Session title
  • Description
  • Your name and contact details
  • Format (presentation, discussion etc)
  • Short bio

Step 2: Voting (April 16 thru April 22 at 5 pm)

Each attendee will be able to vote for their top choices for sessions.  Please vote only ONCE.  The votes determine not only which sessions get selected but also which rooms get assigned. We have designed this process to discourage ballot-stuffing.  ballot-stuffing may result in forfeiture of your speaking slot.

The ProductCamp Boston team will select the final sessions based on the top votes and previous experience with topics and speakers. Although we cannot promise this, most presenters should  be able to lead at least one session.

Step 3: Session Announcement (April 24)
i.e., which selections have been selected

We will post the final sessions on the ProductCamp Boston website, along with room numbers and times, which may change.  We will try to accommodate people who need projectors since not every room has a projector.

Step 4: Last minute changes – check schedule (May 1)

Step 5: Lead Your Session! (May 2)
